EBSCOhost, Gale, HeritageQuest, Job & Career Accelerator, Popular Software Tutorials, and Workforce Skills for 21st Century Success are provided to MOREnet members through funding by the Missouri General Assembly.
Access to these services currently requires our patrons to be online through the library computer connections. Use of personal computers at the library or from home may be possible in the future.
EBSCO provides a database for books, magazines, and newspapers which is searchable by keywords. More than 650 magazines and over 360 reference books are available. Additional academic journals and medical references are also available. Over 500 education journals are available for full text searches. Special EBSCO searches are available for students, middle school students, and kids.
EBSCO newspapers and magazines provides searches of more than 1700 periodicals, 500+ reference books, 400+ full-text newspapers, transcripts of television & radio news programs and more.
The Gale database is a source for business, company, and industry information including company profiles and financial data.
The Job and Career Accelerator provides online resume and letter building tools and a database of job and internship opportunities.
